It’s December. This is the time that many of you are receiving your end-of-year performance reviews, and many supervisors are nervously preparing to deliver them. I’m not sure which organizational aspect career professionals hate more: working on strategy or engaging with the performance management process.
When working with teams and organizations in these areas, I frequently meet with resistance and apprehension.
